You can make changes to your order up until 10 days before your first rental date. Our team of expert Customer Service Agents can lend a hand via chat or email.

You may cancel and modify an order up until 10 days before your trip.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes your plans change. You can cancel or submit changes to your order up to 10 days before your Delivery Date by chatting or emailing us at support@dickssportinggoodsrentals.zendesk.com.
