It's simple! To get started...

Step 1: Choose a Demo bundle or choose product(s) a la carte from top brands, to try before you buy the item. Choose the demo bundle (up to 2 clubs or up to 3 racquets) or individual product(s) that you want to try out for a week.

Step 2: Select your demo dates. Schedule the week that works for you for your demo. Taxes to be applied at purchase. Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales tax when your order is shipped.

Step 3: Your demo equipment arrives directly at your door or destination. We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States - your home, hotel or even 10,000+ FedEx or FedEx affiliate locations.

Golf Club demos: All clubs will be delivered with a headcover and adjustment tool so you can adjust the club as needed.

Tennis Racquet demos: All racquets will be delivered already strung so you can begin playing right away!

Step 4: Loved the experience with your product? Apply your Demo Fee towards your purchase! You will receive a unique $25 code that can be used toward the purchase of your favorite demo products at DICK’S Sporting Goods or Golf Galaxy.*

*Maximum of ONE $25 of Demo Fee coupon per customer can be applied to purchase of new golf club(s) or tennis racquet(s) that are within the Demo program. Additional exclusions apply.

Step 5: Return the demo products. Repack your demo bundle in the original box and drop it off at any FedEx location with the return slip included in your box. You can also schedule a FedEx pickup. Headcovers and adjustment tools must be returned with any golf clubs you demo! All demo products must be postmarked on the last day of your demo reservation. For any products not postmarked by the final reservation date, you will be charged $50/day late fee for up to 7 days. Upon the 8th day after your final reservation date, you will be charged full MSRP for your demo product.

Our rental agreement includes our liability waiver, payment details, lost or broken gear policy, and cancellation policy.

We recommend booking today to reserve your products at the best rate. Your card will be charged at check out, but if you need to make edits to your booking you can do so within 10 days out by calling one of our experts at 1-877-604-6411.

Once you select the dates for your trip, add the items you’d like to rent to your reservation. Complete your reservation through the checkout process by providing your contact information, shipping destination and credit card information.

You can cancel or update some components of your order at any time before your order is processed (10 days before your trip).

DICK’s Sporting Goods ships via FedEx anywhere in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Orders can be shipped to your home, hotel, Airbnb or even 10,000+ FedEx or FedEx affiliate locations.

All orders are shipped via FedEx and you’ll receive your tracking number when your shipping label is created. It may take 24 hours after your shipping label is created for FedEx to update your tracking info. Your order will be delivered on or before your selected delivery date by 8:00PM. If you have specific shipping requirements please contact our support team by emailing support@dickssportinggoodsrentals.zendesk.com or call us at 1-877-604-6411 between 9 AM and 6 PM Pacific Time.

Place your items back in the box they were shipped in and adhere the free included return label. Drop off your box at any FedEx or a FedEx affiliated shipping location by 11:59PM on your return date (selected at reservation). We’ll let you know via email when your order is received at our warehouse.
